The nature of the scaring suggests 1970's / 1980's, the names tie in with that era and the NF suggests they were racists; NF representing in style and form the monica synonymous with the national front, for runner to the BNP. I will settle for thick, misguided nasty bastards, although I can think of plenty of adjectives I could add to those, none of them nice. Remember kids, NF = no fun!
