Western Skunk Cabbage (Lysichiton americanus), is a plant usually found in the swamps and wet woods, along streams and in other wet areas of the Pacific Northwest of America. There are several discreet patches, of a couple of plants, in the damp woodland the borders Mill Lawn Brook as it passes through the broad stream valley. Thursday 15 April 2010
